Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living and community activities
- Promote independence, safety, and community engagement
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care
- No prior experience required—training provided
Drivers
- Provide safe, reliable transportation for individuals to appointments, activities, and community outings
- Maintain safety, punctuality, and professionalism
- Requires a valid Maryland driver’s license and clean driving record
Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Must hold an active Maryland RN license
- Oversee health planning, medication management, and clinical documentation
- Provide nursing assessments and ensure compliance with DDA and healthcare standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal well-being
