Community Supports Waiver (CSW)
The Community Supports Waiver provides services that help individuals build daily living skills, participate in the community, and receive the support they need to live safely and independently.
Community Pathways Waiver (CPW)
The Community Pathways Waiver supports individuals in living more independently within their homes and communities. It offers a broad range of Meaningful Day, Support, and Residential Services that foster community inclusion. Services may be accessed through a self-directed option or a traditional, agency-based model.

- 21 years of age and older
- Residing in Maryland
- Enrolled in a Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver
